Hi there!
My name is Zenly, and I want to share my journey towards wellness with you. As a 9-5 professional, I never thought I would become a health advocator overnight, but after a traumatic health diagnosis, my life changed forever (read the blog to learn more).
I fought a battle and proceeded on a healing mission like a soldier. It wasn’t easy, but I was determined to find solutions. I discovered the profound connection between my mind, body, and soul, and I had to dig deep to heal lifelong trauma.
Through my journey, I gained a greater purpose: to improve my quality of life. I developed a holistic self-care approach that helped me heal slowly.
Looking back, I wish I had more guidance and skills to overcome difficult times. That’s why I launched this blog. We all go through tough times, and I hope you find inspiration and strength here.
